Lindsay Dunn’s practice focuses on civil litigation, extra-contractual insurance defense, insurance defense, insurance coverage opinions, and other civil matters.
In 2011, Ms. Dunn graduated from the University of Colorado Law with the honor of the Order of the Coif and also became licensed to practice in that year. During law school, Ms. Dunn was a judicial extern for Chief Judge Michael Martinez in the City and County of Denver District Court. She graduated from Boston College in 2008 with an English B.A.
Ms. Dunn’s litigation experience includes the defense of clients in diverse areas including, bad faith both property and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, personal injury defense, insurance defense, contract disputes and analysis, aviation, and premises liability. In the past, she has also practiced in construction defects litigation, products liability, and employment law.
Ms. Dunn has litigated cases in federal and state court and represented clients in several civil jury trials which resulted in verdicts or favorable outcomes for her clients. In addition to her busy law practice, Ms. Dunn is teaching Deposition Skills as an Adjunct Faculty Member of the University of Colorado School of Law this fall.
