Saugat Thapa’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, civil rights and employment litigation, premises liability, insurance defense, and other civil matters. Before joining the firm, Mr. Thapa clerked for the Honorable Christopher C. Zenisek, 1st Judicial District Court of Colorado, where he assisted in a wide-array of civil, criminal, and domestic matters.
Mr. Thapa was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 2017. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and the United States Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit.
While in law school, Mr. Thapa was a summer associate with Wells, Anderson & Race and interned for the Honorable Nancy E. Rice at the Colorado Supreme Court. Mr. Thapa is also heavily involved with the Young Lawyers Division of the Center for Legal Inclusiveness.
